We undercut door casings so planks slide underneath neatly, and leave proper expansion gaps along walls for seasonal temperature shifts.

Water-Resistant & Scratch-Resistant Surfaces

Subfloor Flatness & Moisture Check
We check your subfloor before installing. If there are noticeable low spots or high humps, we point them out and discuss leveling options so your floor feels solid.
Proper Expansion Spacing (~1/4 Inch)
Vinyl planks expand and contract with seasonal temperature changes. We leave the proper perimeter spacing, neatly covered by baseboards or quarter-round molding.

We Power-Stretch Every Carpet Installation
Knee kickers alone often leave carpet slightly loose, causing wrinkles and ripples after a few months. We use mechanical power stretchers to pull carpet tight to tack strips so it stays smooth and flat for years.
